		Dust Cover Power Coat ER Nuts (5) Reduce your collet costs by using NAP GLADU’s coolant collet nuts. Our special "Power Coat" nuts provide up to 75% more clamping pressure than standard nuts. Used in conjunction with the coolant ring these nuts can withstand up to 1,500 P.S.I. Use these nuts for coolants through the tool applications. The nut uses a coolant ring that snaps into the nut and the coolant rings can be ordered for a range of diameters. Each coolant ring has a 0.020" range. For internal coolant fed tools.




		ER32 Bearing Nut Friction bearing nuts will increase the clamping pressure on the shank of the tool up to 25% compared to standard clamping nuts. The bearing reduces the friction between the nut and the collet therefore creating more down force on the collet. The nut is recommended for use with high demand drilling, milling and tapping. The collet must be snapped into the nut prior to assembly. Use these nuts for spindle speeds below 18,000 RPM’s. For higher clamping pressure on ER 11,16, 20 use "Power Coat" nuts series 411.




		ER High Speed Mini Nuts (6) Use ER High Speed Mini Nuts for applications where speed exceeds 10,000 RPM’s. They are balanced to G2.5 for 20,000 RPM’s. For collet holders and multi-spindle heads where center or shoulder distances are important. These nuts use a special wrench to torque down the nut. Do not over tighten these nuts.

		TG Collet Nuts (3) Our TG 100 nuts feature a friction bearing nut instead of conventional ball bearings. This helps balance the nut to 20,000 RPM’s and will make the nut last longer.
