  • Used in conjunction with the coolant ring these nuts can withstand up to 1,500 P.S.I.

  • The nut uses a coolant ring that snaps into the nut and the coolant rings can be ordered for a range of diameters.

ER32 Bearing Nut

  • Friction bearing nuts will increase the clamping pressure on the shank of the tool up to 25% compared to standard clamping nuts.
  • The bearing reduces the friction between the nut and the collet therefore creating more down force on the collet.
  • The nut is recommended for use with high demand drilling, milling and tapping.
  • The collet must be snapped into the nut prior to assembly.
  • Use these nuts for spindle speeds below 18,000 RPM’s. For higher clamping pressure on ER 11,16, 20 use "Power Coat" nuts series 411.
