		ER 8, 11, 16, 20 & 25 Straight Shank Extensions (10) Extension length should not exceed a 4:1 ratio of length to diameter. For example, a 1/2" shank should not extend more than 2" in front of the holder. This is true only for applications where the extension is rotating.

		Hydro-Grip Type G2 Chucks (8) Hydro-Grip type G2 has a tough and compact design along with being the most slender chuck in our product line. A safety feature prevents the tool from falling out when the check is not pressurized. The tool shank must be equipped with a safety screw size. Pressurizing is carried out with an allen T-wrench and the chuck can be pressurized without any tool. Shaft: HSK 63F - standard. Upon request: SK30, SK40, BT30, BT35, BT40, SCM 30, CMS 30. The type G2 chuck is designed and manufactured for a router bit shank with the tolerance g6 (h7). The type G2 chuck is balanced to G2.5 at 25,000 rpm.




		Hydro-Grip Type G3 Chucks (8) Hydro-Grip type G3 is historically very tough but the new generation has an even more compact design. The Hydro chuck is equipped with our well known built in safety device. The safety device prevents the tool from falling out when the chuck is not pressurized. Pressurizing is carried out with an allen T-wrench. The G3 chuck allows quick, safe and easy tool changes and perfect runout and repeatability. The new generation G3 and its design allows you to pressurize it without any tool! Shaft: HSK 63F - standard. Upon request: SK30, SK40, BT30, BT35, BT40, SCM 30, CMS 30. The type G3 chuck is designed and manufactured for a router bit shank with the tolerance g6 (h7). The type G3 chuck is balanced to G2.5 at 25,000 rpm.




		Hydraulic Chucks for CNC Routers (6) These ISO and HSK hydraulic chucks are frequently used with diamond tools because their high rigidity and excellent T.I.R. reduces wear on expensive diamond tools. They are easy to use. Just tighten the set screw and hydraulic force is applied to tighten the tool shank. Take advantage of our precision sleeves for smaller ID’s or odd shank diameters. T.I.R. is only 0.00012". Note the cost advantage when using sleeves. Increase your tool life on both carbide and diamond tools!




		HSK 63F Shrink-Fit Tool Holders (7) Shrink-fit tool holders provide concentric clamping force of 10,000 lbs. or more directly on the tool shank. This translates to a T.I.R. as low as 0.0" to 0.0002". Ideal for high speed or high torque machining applications. Shrink-fit tool holders are balanced to 24,000 RPM at G2.5 for high speed performance. Balancing to higher speed is available upon request. With shrink-fit tooling, machinists report an increase in tool life of up to 50%, and are able to increase feed rates 25% faster.
